How do I know which rope length is right for me?

Stand on the middle of the rope with both feet and pull the handles up along your body. For beginners, they should reach between armpit and shoulder height. You can always trim it shorter if needed.

Can I adjust the length after I buy it?

Yes, the rope is adjustable. You can remove beads and trim the cord to customize the length for your height or preferred jumping style.

What surfaces should I use my jump rope on?

Wooden floors, rubber mats, or gym flooring work best. Avoid rough concrete or uneven surfaces as they can wear down the rope faster.

How many calories does jump rope burn compared to other cardio?
